Our Group is based on our management philosophy (our unchanging aspiration since our founding) of "We love companies, walk together with companies and work for company prosperity." and our purpose (value of contribution) is "Support those decisions with love and change the world."
Our main clients are the top management (executives) of large to medium-sized companies, with a focus on mid-sized companies. Our team of professionals who are familiar with the industry, strategic issues, and region and are stationed in 10 major cities across the country provide end-to-end support from upstream to downstream management, from formulating management strategies to implementing and executing management operations through professional DX services. Through this "team consulting" and "end-to-end support," we support the "decisions" of top management (top management approach) and not only achieve the success of companies and the prosperity of their employees and families, but also have a positive impact on customers who use the products and services of those companies, and as a result, contribute to the development of society and the region as a whole. Our group itself also wants to achieve sustainable growth and increase its corporate value in the medium to long term.
